Architect 1st Grade Recruitment Competition (Scale 11)

The Ministry of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills announces a recruitment competition for one position of Architect 1st grade (scale 11). This competition aims to select a qualified architect to support the ministry's missions in employment and economic inclusion.

Eligibility Requirements

• Moroccan nationality.
• Full enjoyment of civil rights and no criminal conviction.
• Maximum age of 45 years on the day of the competition (exemptions may apply).
• Hold a degree in architecture from a recognized higher education institution, or an equivalent diploma.
• For foreign diplomas, provide the equivalence decision from the Ministry of Higher Education.

Number of Positions

One position (01) is open for the Architecture specialty. 25% of positions are reserved for candidates with status of resistance fighter, national ward, former military, or former combatant, and 7% for persons with disabilities. If no candidate from these categories succeeds, the positions are allocated to other candidates.

Application File

The application must be submitted exclusively via the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma and includes:

1. Copy (both sides) of the national identity card.
2. Copy (both sides) of the diploma.
3. Certified copy of the diploma, with equivalence decision for foreign degrees. If the diploma does not specify the specialty, attach a certificate from the issuing institution. For diplomas in languages other than Arabic or French, include a translation.
4. Curriculum vitae (CV) with photo, phone number, personal address, and email.
5. Certified copy of the "disabled person" card or disability certificate (for persons with disabilities).
6. Certificate proving status as resistance fighter, national ward, former military, or former combatant (if applicable).
7. Authorization from the head of the administration for current civil servants.

Deadlines

Applications must be submitted by May 15, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted. The competition will take place on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at locations to be announced later. Lists of admitted candidates will be published on the ministry's website www.miepeec.gov.ma and www.emploi-public.ma, serving as convocation.

Examination Format

The competition includes written and oral tests as defined by the ministerial decree No. 2405.23 of September 27, 2023. The written test assesses technical and general knowledge in architecture, while the oral test evaluates communication and analytical skills.
