Entraide Nationale announces a call for applications for the position of Head of the Study and Development of Information Systems Service, under the Information Systems and Digitalization Division. This opportunity is open to employees of Entraide Nationale who meet the legal requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be permanent or contract staff holding at least the grade of Manager 2nd grade (scale 11) or equivalent, or Manager 3rd grade with a minimum seniority of 15 years of actual service. They must also hold a degree allowing access to the grade of Manager 3rd grade, and have at least 2 years of actual service for permanent staff or 3 years for contract staff.

Required Skills

• Ability to analyze workflows and identify the most suitable digital solutions.
• Proficiency in information system development and database design.
• Experience in managing digitalization projects.
• Planning, team leadership, and communication skills.
