Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a higher education degree in Management, Commerce, or Law (Bac+4 or higher).
• Have at least 5 years of seniority at ANP.
• Currently occupy a Head of Service position for at least 3 years.
• Obtain an average performance score of at least 90 over the last three years.
