ANLCA Morocco Opens Call for Provincial Delegate in Es-Semara

The National Agency for the Fight against Illiteracy (ANLCA) has announced a call for applications for the position of Provincial Delegate in Es-Semara, under decision No. ANLCA/2026/2F. This is a unique opportunity to lead literacy initiatives at the provincial level.

Position Requirements

One position is available. Candidates must be civil servants eligible for secondment to ANLCA and meet the following criteria:

• Hold at least the grade of Second-Class Inspector or State Engineer (or equivalent).
• Have at least 2 years of actual service (for Second-Class Inspector) or 5 years (for Third-Class Inspector) in state administrations, local authorities, or public institutions.
• Provide approval from their original administration for secondment if external to ANLCA.
