ANCFCC Recruitment: 70 Legal Officers with Private Law Degree

The National Agency of Land Conservation, Cadastre and Cartography (ANCFCC) is organizing a recruitment competition for 70 legal officers holding a bachelor's degree in private law. This is a great opportunity for law graduates to join a key public institution in Morocco.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Moroccan nationality.
  • Between 18 and 45 years old as of December 31, 2026.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in private law with a minimum overall average of 13/20 and at least a "fairly good" grade in each semester or each year (old system).
  • 7% of positions are reserved for people with disabilities, and 25% for resistance members, wards of the nation, former military and former combatants.

Competition Process

The competition consists of:

  1. Preselection based on application files.
  2. Written exam on the required discipline (private law).
  3. Oral exam: interview with the jury to assess general knowledge, behavior, communication skills, and language proficiency (Arabic or French).

The written exam can be taken in Arabic or French. Only candidates scoring 10/20 or above in the written exam are eligible for the oral. Exams are held in Rabat.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted exclusively online via the agency's website: www.ancfcc.gov.ma before May 20, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The application file includes:

  • Duly filled application form.
  • CV with a recent photo.
  • Copy of the private law degree.
  • Transcripts for all semesters.
  • Copy of national ID card (both sides).
  • For foreign degrees: copy of equivalence approval.

Additional Information

Lists of selected candidates and results are published on the agency's website www.ancfcc.gov.ma and on the national portal www.emploi-public.ma. Appeals against the provisional list can be submitted via email to the DCH within 3 days of publication.
