The Al Omrane Group, a strategic public enterprise implementing government policy in housing and territorial development, announces a recruitment drive for two Project Manager positions (M/F) at its regional company Al Omrane Fes Meknes. This is a unique opportunity for skilled engineers to contribute to major housing projects.

Job Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing projects in terms of planning, milestones, progress, and completion respecting specifications and contractual commitments.
  • Ensuring coordination among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing first-level relations with institutional partners.
  • Monitoring projects for quality, cost, and schedule compliance.
  • Contributing to the elaboration of the entity's action plan.
  • Participating in feasibility studies.
  • Following administrative procedures for permits and conformity certificates.
  • Optimizing and validating architectural and technical studies.
  • Participating in tender dossier validation.
  • Organizing site meetings and progress reviews.
  • Ensuring compliance with sustainable development and safety requirements.
  • Financial monitoring of investments.
  • Setting up a reporting system.

Eligibility Criteria

  • State Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, Bridges & Roads, Building, Public Works, or Hydraulics.
  • Initial experience in the technical field (civil engineering and/or construction) is desirable.
  • Geographical mobility.

Required Skills

Technical: mastery of regulatory procedures in real estate, business plan development, project management, SAP and AutoCAD software.

Behavioral: commitment, teamwork, innovation, client orientation, analytical skills, autonomy.
