Job Context

The school seeks an AI Engineer dedicated to designing, deploying, and maintaining intelligent workflows and AI agents across departments such as pedagogy, admissions, communication, HR, and research. The position reports directly to the Lead AI Engineer.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and deploy autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents tailored to business needs.
• Integrate agents with existing tools (LMS, CRM, ERP, email, office suite).
• Develop custom skills and personalized MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
• Build end-to-end AI workflows: data collection, ingestion, preparation, processing, orchestration.
• Conduct technological monitoring of models and agent frameworks; train internal users.
• Ensure data confidentiality and implement security and governance best practices.

Required Profile

Education: Master's degree (engineering school, computer science, AI, or data science) or equivalent. Self-taught candidates with a strong portfolio are welcome.

Technical Skills: Strong experience in Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript; mastery of agent frameworks (Claude Agent SDK, LangChain/LangGraph); hands-on experience with MCP; advanced prompt engineering; knowledge of large model APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT); API integration, webhooks, automation; Git, Docker, CI/CD.

Nice-to-Have: RAG, vector databases, no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier), AI observability (LangSmith, Langfuse), cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure), product and UX sensibility.
