Key Responsibilities and Daily Tasks

The successful candidate will handle diverse responsibilities across three main areas:

• Accounting and Financial Management: Maintaining general and analytical accounting records in compliance with applicable standards, verifying the reliability of accounting entries related to projects and grants, and assisting in the preparation of periodic financial statements.
• Budgetary and Management Control: Planning the annual budget cycle, monitoring budget execution by category, analyzing variances between forecasts and actual results, and proposing resource optimization measures.
• Reporting and Compliance: Producing financial and budgetary reports for governance bodies, ensuring fund transparency and traceability, and contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting processes.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in accounting, audit, management control, or finance, with approximately five years of relevant professional experience. Previous work in foundations, non-profit organizations, or public institutions is considered advantageous.
