The Insurance and Social Welfare Control Authority (ACAPS) is recruiting 2 Senior Commercial Practices Controllers for its Policyholder Protection Directorate. This regular recruitment aims to strengthen the authority's control capabilities over insurance and reinsurance companies.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will oversee commercial practices inspections, supervise Level 2 controllers, conduct complex audits, and prepare reports. Key duties include:

• Developing control plans in coordination with the department head.
• Reviewing and analyzing documents from insurance companies.
• Supervising and mentoring junior controllers.
• Leading sensitive inspection missions independently.
• Formulating corrective recommendations.

Required Profile

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Insurance, Law, Economics, or Management, and have at least 6 years of experience in the insurance sector. Essential skills include regulatory knowledge, data analysis, and fieldwork capabilities.
