Job Announcement Details

The Ministry of Interior - Kenitra Prefecture announces a call for applications for 9 head of service positions at the Pachalik of Souk El Arbaa El Gharb, in accordance with Decree No. 2.11.681 on the appointment of heads of divisions and services in public administrations.

Eligibility Criteria

Applications are open to civil servants and contract agents working for the Ministry of Interior who meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least in the grade of Inspector 2nd grade or State Engineer, or in an equivalent grade.
• Must hold at least a degree or diploma allowing access to the grade of Inspector 3rd grade or State Engineer.
• Must have at least 2 years of actual service as a permanent civil servant, or 3 years for contract agents.
• Civil servants currently serving as head of service are also eligible.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted exclusively via the electronic recruitment portal https://depot.emploi-public.ma from July 1, 2026, to July 22, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

The application file includes:

• The application form accompanied by the approval of the candidate's administration, including the opinion of the direct supervisor on the candidate's competence.
• A work program and methodology proposed for managing and developing the relevant administrative unit.

Incomplete applications or those submitted by any other means will not be accepted.

Selection Process

A committee appointed by the Minister of Interior will review eligible applications and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates.
