Competition Details and Requirements

Candidates must be Moroccan nationals, aged at least 18 years and no more than 45 years as of January 1 of the current year.

Regarding academic qualifications, candidates must hold a Master's degree or specialized Master's in French law, or an equivalent diploma according to current regulatory provisions. They must also possess a license in French law at the time of submitting their application.

Quota System and Benefits

The Ministry reserves 25% of budgeted positions for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatant. Additionally, 7% of positions are reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card, reflecting the Ministry's commitment to equity and social inclusion principles.

Examination Structure and Coefficients

The competition consists of two main tests:

  • Written test: Three-hour duration with coefficient 4, including a general subject or multiple-choice questions related to functional tasks, competencies of the Ministry of Interior, or required specializations.
  • Oral test: Duration between 15 and 30 minutes with coefficient 3, where the examination committee discusses various topics with the candidate to assess their ability to perform functions related to the concerned grade.

To qualify for the oral test, candidates must obtain an average of at least 12 out of 20 in the written test.

Application Procedure and Required Documents

Candidates must register via the public employment website https://depot.emploi-public.ma from April 14 to April 28, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The application must include:

  • Copy of the required diploma
  • Copy of national identity card
  • Candidate's curriculum vitae

Important Notes and Additional Procedures

For diplomas that do not specify the language of instruction, a certificate from the concerned university institution clearly indicating the adopted language of instruction must be attached. For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette must be provided.

Candidates working in public administrations must submit their participation requests accompanied by final approval from their administration. Candidates with resistance fighter, ward of the nation, or former combatant status must submit their applications through the administrations responsible for their affairs.

Important Information for Candidates

Lists of admitted candidates are published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma, with this publication serving as summons to the tests. Results of the written test and final results are also published on the same portal.

Candidates definitively admitted must complete their files with administrative documents required by regulations for appointment to public service. If it is established that an admitted candidate does not meet one or more required conditions, they will be replaced by another candidate from the waiting list who meets these conditions.
