Recruitment Competition for 8 Digital Development Technicians

The Ministry of Interior - Province of Médiouna - is organizing a recruitment competition for eight (08) positions as 3rd grade technicians - scale 9, specializing in digital development. This professional opportunity targets holders of a specialized technician diploma in the digital field, who wish to join one of the most important government sectors in the Kingdom of Morocco.

Competition Details and Required Conditions

The competition will take place on Sunday, March 29, 2026 at the Khnata Bent Bakkar Technical High School in Tit Mellil, Médiouna province. Participation is open to Moroccan candidates aged between 18 and 40 years, who must hold upon registration a specialized technician diploma in digital development, or an officially recognized equivalent qualification.

A quota of 25% of the positions is reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card.

Competition Stages and Tests

The competition consists of two main phases:

• Written Test: Subject or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) concerning required tasks, competencies of the Ministry of Interior, or specialties - duration of three hours.
• Oral/Applied Test: The competition committee discusses various topics with the candidate, or subjects them to a practical test in the required specialty for 45 minutes to one hour.

Candidates who obtain a minimum average of 12 out of 20 in the written test are eligible for the oral test.

Application Procedure and Registration

Applications must be registered online on the public employment portal (https://www.emploi-public.ma/) during the period from February 9, 2026 to February 23, 2026 at 4:30 PM.

The application must be accompanied by a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the national identity card, and the candidate's curriculum vitae. For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, the equivalence decision published in the Official Bulletin must be attached.

Additional Important Information

Public administration employees must, in addition to registering on the electronic portal, submit their participation request accompanied by the mandatory approval of their administration. Candidates with the aforementioned statuses must submit their applications through the administrations responsible for managing their affairs.

The lists of candidates admitted to take the competition are published on the public employment portal, and this publication serves as a summons to take the tests. The results of the written test and the final list are also published on the same portal.
