Competition Details and Available Positions

The competition will take place on Sunday, March 15, 2026, in the morning at the Oujda center, where 07 candidates will be selected for the position of technical assistant of 2nd grade. It's important to note that the available positions include specific quotas for certain categories, with 25% of positions reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant, and 25% for persons with disabilities. This distribution reflects the state's commitment to integrating all societal categories into the public job market.

Essential Application Requirements

To be eligible for this competition, candidates must meet the following conditions:

  • Hold a professional qualification diploma issued by accredited institutions, or an equivalent diploma determined according to Decree No. 286.325 of January 8, 1987.
  • Be of Moroccan nationality.
  • Be at least 18 years old and no more than 40 years old as of January 1 of the current year. Age limit extension is possible for a period equivalent to valid service time or service that can be validated for retirement, without exceeding 45 years.

Examination Structure and Success Criteria

The competition includes two main tests:

  • Written test: Lasting three (3) hours, covering specialties or tasks related to the concerned grade. Candidates must obtain an average of at least 12/20 on this test to qualify for the oral test, without an elimination score (5/20 or less).
  • Oral test: Lasting 20 minutes, aimed at evaluating the candidate's ability to perform functions related to the grade.

The list of successful candidates is established based on merit and within the limit of available positions, where any candidate obtaining an average of at least 10/20 without an elimination score is considered successful.

Application Process and Registration Deadlines

Applications for the competition must be submitted through the electronic platform of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, following these steps:

  • Registration on the website www.sante.gov.ma and completion of the competition information form.
  • Submission of the application file on the dedicated electronic platform, including the following documents: copy of the required diploma or certificate accompanied by a copy of the equivalence decision if applicable, copy of the biometric national identity card, registration certificate for persons with disabilities (for persons with disabilities), copy of certificate proving status as resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant (for individuals with this status), and authorization to take the competition for employed candidates and users of university hospital centers.

The deadline for submitting application files is Monday, March 9, 2026, at 3:30 PM, and any file submitted after this date will not be considered.

Any incomplete application file is considered null, and registration on the dedicated information system is non-modifiable. Lists of admitted candidates are published on the Ministry of Health and Social Protection website and the public employment website www.emploi-public.ma, becoming final two days after publication.
