Application Procedure and Steps

  • Curriculum vitae with recent photograph
  • Copy of state engineer diploma in required specialty
  • Copy of equivalence decision for foreign diplomas

Competition Examination Stages

The competition includes two main examination phases designed to assess candidates' competencies:

Written Examination

The written examination will take place on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at the Regional Academy of Education and Training of the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region, from 9 AM to 12 PM. It consists of a general subject or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) concerning required missions and functions, ministry competencies, or requested specialties, with a completion duration of three hours and coefficient 4.

Oral and Practical Examination

Only candidates declared successful in the written examination can take the oral and practical test. This examination lasts between 30 and 45 minutes with coefficient 3, and aims to evaluate the candidate's ability to perform missions and functions related to the concerned grade. The date and location of this examination are determined when announcing written examination results.
