Required qualifications

Candidates must hold a specialized technician diploma issued by vocational training institutions established according to decree number 5 dated January 09, 1987, or equivalent diplomas according to the provisions of decree 2.12.90 dated April 30, 2012. The required specialization is civil engineering/major works/public works/site manager/urban planning/construction.
