Job Announcement: Management Positions at Azilal Province

Azilal Province announces a call for applications to fill 6 managerial positions (Heads of Service), in accordance with Decree No. 2.11.681 on the appointment of department and service heads in public administrations. This initiative aims to recruit skilled administrators to enhance public service performance.

Available Positions

  • Head of Legal and Disputes Service (under the Secretary General)
  • Head of Internal Audit Service (under the Secretary General)
  • Head of Capacity Building Service (Social Action Division)
  • Head of Civil Status Service (Territorial Communities Division)
  • Head of Elected Bodies and Electoral Rolls Service (Territorial Communities Division)
  • Head of Land Affairs Service (Rural Affairs Division)

Eligibility Criteria

Applications are open to permanent civil servants and contract agents of the Ministry of the Interior (general budget) who meet the following requirements:

  • Ranked as Inspector (2nd grade) or State Engineer or equivalent.
  • Holding a diploma allowing access to at least the 3rd grade Inspector position.
  • At least 2 years of actual service for civil servants or 3 years for contract agents.

Civil servants ranked as 3rd grade Inspector or equivalent may apply if they have at least 15 years of actual service and 4 years in the current grade.

Application File

The application file must include:

  • A cover letter with a recent photo, accompanied by the immediate supervisor's approval and opinion on the candidate's competence.
  • The file downloaded from the public services portal www.emploi-public.ma, including: CV, proposed action plan for developing the service, appointment decision in the current framework, and any previous responsibility appointment decision.

How to Apply

Applications must be sent through the administrative channel to the Governor of Azilal Province before July 24, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Any application submitted after this deadline will be rejected.

Selection Process

A committee appointed by the Governor will pre-screen complete applications and conduct selection interviews. The interview date will be announced later.
