Competition Details and Required Specialties

The competition will take place on Sunday, April 5, 2026 at 9:00 AM at Assalam Qualifying High School in Fam El Hisn. The six positions are divided into two main specialties:

• Two positions (2) in motorized machinery specialty: automobile repair, vehicle or heavy equipment operation, automotive mechanics or electricity. This position requires a category C or D driving license.
• Four positions (4) in computer science specialty: networks and information systems, IT management.

Application Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality
• Age between 18 and 40 years as of January 1 of the current year, with possible extension to 45 years for specific categories
• Technical diploma issued by recognized vocational training institutions
• Equivalent diplomas according to Decree No. 2.12.90

Examination Process and Evaluation Criteria

The competition includes two main tests:

• Written test: three hours duration, coefficient 4, covering general topics or multiple-choice questions related to job functions and commune competencies
• Oral or practical test: duration between 15 and 45 minutes, coefficient 3, aiming to evaluate the candidate's practical abilities

The passing average is set at 10/20 minimum, with a requirement of 12/20 in the written test to qualify for the oral examination.

Quota System and Benefits

The commune reserves 25% of positions for former resistance fighters, war orphans, former military personnel, and former combatants, and 7% for persons with disabilities, in accordance with applicable legislation.
