503 Administrator Posts at the Ministry of Economy and Finance (Morocco)

The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) has announced a major recruitment competition for 503 positions as Administrator 2nd Grade (Scale 11). This is a remarkable chance for qualified Moroccan graduates to build a career in one of the country's most influential government institutions.

Available Positions and Specialties

Positions are distributed across the following fields and specialties:

  • Economic and Management Sciences: 358 posts in: audit and management control, financial and accounting management, banking, currency and finance, corporate finance and taxation, banking and financial markets, actuarial science and finance, econometrics, digital economy.
  • Human Resources Management: 9 posts.
  • Quality Engineering and Management: 1 post.
  • Legal Sciences: 130 posts in: business law, civil law, contract and property law, judicial and legal professions, litigation law, public finance, administrative law, administrative and financial sciences, tax sciences and techniques.
  • Tax Sciences and Techniques: 5 posts.

25% of positions are reserved for resistance fighters, former combatants, or similar status holders, and 7% for persons with disabilities.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Moroccan nationality.
  • Maximum age of 45 years as of January 1 of the current year.
  • Holding a Master's degree, specialized Master, DESA, DESS, or an equivalent diploma in one of the required specialties.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted exclusively online via: https://e-recrutement.finances.gov.ma. Upload the following documents in PDF format:

  • Copy of the electronic national identity card.
  • Copy of the required diploma.
  • CV with photo, phone number, permanent address, and email.
  • Copy of the equivalence decision (for foreign or private institution diplomas).
  • Disability certificate (for persons with disabilities).
  • Certificate proving status as a resistance fighter, former combatant, etc. (if applicable).
  • Final authorization from central human resources services (for civil servants).
  • Certificate from the university specifying the specialty and field (for diplomas that do not include this information).

Deadline for submission: June 3, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected.

Competition Exams

The competition consists of a written test and an oral test:

  • Written test: Multiple-choice questions (MCQ), a general question, or questions on public policies or areas related to MEF. Duration: 3 hours, coefficient 2.
  • Oral or practical test: Discussion with the jury on topics related to the specialties and the sector's competencies. Duration: 15 to 30 minutes, coefficient 2.

Candidates with a score of at least 12/20 in the written test are eligible for the oral test.

Date and Location

The competition will take place on July 5, 2026 in Rabat, and possibly in other cities. The exam center will be determined based on the candidate's place of residence.
