Professional Opportunity at the National Fisheries Office
The National Fisheries Office announces the opening of applications for five management positions through a regular recruitment process. Available Position Details
The five positions are allocated as follows:
- One position at the Tan Tan Delegation
- One position at the Nador Delegation
- One position at the Larache Delegation
- One position at the Safi Delegation
- One position at the Operations Pole (ONP headquarters)
Responsibilities and Duties
The recruited manager will be responsible for important tasks contributing to fisheries sector development, including:
- Contributing to the implementation of strategic action plans for fishery product marketing space exploitation
- Monitoring objective achievement through appropriate indicators and implementing necessary adjustments
- Ensuring application of current regulations and procedures, particularly regarding illegal fishing prevention
- Providing required assistance to ONP clients in fish marketing and professional development support
- Participating in establishing consultation mechanisms and listening to client needs
- Ensuring marketing procedure application within markets and specialized centers
- Maintaining service quality standards and current health and hygiene regulations
- Optimizing and monitoring exploitation processes and seafood product marketing management
- Adapting equipment management procedures to support users
- Supervising subcontractor company work (cleaning, security, handling)
- Updating client information in the information system
- Securing documents and data related to the position
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Moroccan nationality
- Age under 40 years by December 31, 2026
- Engineering degree in fisheries or aquaculture fields
About the National Fisheries Office
The National Fisheries Office is a public institution established by Dahir n° 1-69-45 dated 4 Hijja 1388 (February 21, 1969). The office operates under the direction of Ms. Amina FIGUIGUI, General Director since February 18, 2010. The institution aims to organize and develop Morocco's fisheries sector with emphasis on sustainability, quality, and innovation.
