The five positions are divided into two main specialties, each requiring specific qualifications:

• Civil Engineering or Major Building Works Specialist Technician Position: This includes four positions requiring at least two years of experience in civil engineering, construction, or building. Applicants must hold a specialized technician diploma in civil engineering, major works, or a site supervisor diploma or equivalent.
• Information Systems Security or Cybersecurity Specialist Technician Position: This includes one position, preferably for beginners or those with experience in information systems security, digital cybersecurity, or artificial intelligence. A specialized technician diploma in information systems security or equivalent is required.

Eligibility Criteria and Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions to participate in the competition:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 40 on the date of the competition.

Application Process and Required Documents

• A written application accompanied by a curriculum vitae with an identity photo.

Competition Stages and Selection Process

The competition consists of two main phases:

Phase 1: Written and Oral Tests

• Written exam in French related to the position to be filled.
• Written general knowledge exam in French.
• Oral test related to the position to be filled.

Candidates must score at least 10/20 in the French written exam and oral test, and 8/20 in the general knowledge exam to avoid elimination.

Phase 2: Final Interview

Only candidates with an overall average of at least 12/20 and no elimination marks will be ranked by merit and invited for a final interview before a commission chaired by the Director General of ALEM or his representative.
