The State Secretariat for Handicrafts and Social Economy, under the Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts, and Social and Solidarity Economy, is organizing a competitive examination for the recruitment of first-grade state engineers at scale 11. This regular recruitment aims to strengthen technical expertise within the central administration and decentralized services, with 4 available positions.
The competition targets holders of a state engineering diploma in the following specialties:
Diplomas must be issued by qualified national schools, institutes, or university institutions, or equivalent diplomas according to current regulatory provisions.
Candidates must be of Moroccan nationality, aged at least 18 years and not exceeding 45 years at the application deadline. A quota of 5% of positions is reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, or former military personnel, and 7% for disabled persons holding a disability card.
The competition includes two main tests:
Registration and submission of applications are exclusively through the electronic portal: https://recrutement.artisanat.gov.ma. Candidates must complete their information form, specify the requested specialization, and upload all required documents. The application deadline is May 2, 2026, at 4:30 PM.
The lists of candidates admitted to take the exam will be published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma and on the ministry's website https://mtaess.gov.ma. These lists will serve as summons for the written test scheduled for May 17, 2026, in Rabat or other locations if necessary.
It should be noted that success certificates are not considered, and any diploma not matching the required specialization is deemed invalid. Applications not meeting legal requirements are kept without response, and individuals who fail to provide their authorization within the specified period will be removed from the list of successful candidates.
