Haouzia Commune under El Jadida Province announces a competition to recruit four third-grade technicians scale 9, specializing in IT development. This competition is part of efforts to strengthen technical competencies within territorial communities and create employment opportunities for qualified youth in the technology sector.
The competition will take place on May 17, 2026 at 9:00 AM at Ibn Tufail Middle School in El Gharia village, Haouzia Commune. The competition is open to Moroccan nationals aged at least 18 years and not more than 40 years as of January 1, 2026, with possible extension of the maximum age for a period equivalent to valid service periods or those that can be regularized for retirement purposes, not exceeding 45 years.
25% of positions are reserved for individuals with status as resistance fighters, dependents of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatants, and 7% for disabled persons holding a disability card. These categories must attach the required supporting documents to their application files.
Application files should be submitted at the registry office of Haouzia Commune headquarters, or sent by registered mail to the following address: Regional Road No. 318, El Hrabza Village, Haouzia Commune. The deadline for submission is April 10, 2026 at 4:30 PM. Any file received after this deadline or incomplete will not be considered.
The competition includes a written test and an oral interview. The written test covers general topics or multiple-choice questions related to required duties or competencies of territorial communities and various issues, duration 45 minutes. The oral interview aims to evaluate the candidate's ability to perform functions associated with the concerned grade.
The list of candidates admitted to take the competition will be published on the public employment electronic portal www.emploi-public.ma, and this publication serves as summons for the written test.
