Recruitment Competition for 390 First-Grade Nurses – Ministry of Health – Fez-Meknes Region

The Ministry of Health and Social Protection has announced a recruitment competition for first-grade nurses (scale 10) for the session of July 12, 2026, in the Fez-Meknes region. The competition aims to fill 390 positions for polyvalent nurses in public hospitals across the region.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Age between 18 and 45 years old on January 1, 2026.
• Hold a bachelor's degree from higher institutes of nursing and health techniques, or a state diploma in paramedical studies from health training institutes under the Ministry of Health, or an equivalent recognized diploma.

Number of Positions

A total of 390 positions are open, distributed among various health cadres. 25% of positions are reserved for resistance members, former military personnel, and their families, while 7% are reserved for persons with disabilities.

Application Process

Applications must be submitted online via the ministry's platform at drh.sante.gov.ma no later than Monday, July 6, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The application file includes:

• Copy of the required diploma.
• Copy of the electronic national identity card.
• Certificate of registration on the list of persons with disabilities (if applicable).
• Certified copy of proof of status as a resistance member, former military, etc. (if applicable).
• Authorization to take the competition for civil servants.

Competition Exams

The competition consists of two tests:

• Written test: multiple-choice questions on general health culture.
• Practical test: direct questions or multiple-choice questions assessing job-related skills.

Each test is scored from 0 to 20; a score of 5 or below is eliminatory. Successful candidates must achieve an overall average of at least 10/20.

Salary and Benefits

The monthly gross salary ranges from 6,500 to 7,500 dirhams, plus allowances and bonuses as per the civil service statute.
