Recruitment Competition for 30 Third-Grade Technicians in Urbanism at the Ministry of Interior

The Ministry of Interior is opening a competition to recruit thirty (30) third-grade technicians, specializing in urbanism, as part of its strategy to enhance technical expertise. Eligibility Criteria for the Competition

Candidates wishing to participate in this competition must meet the following conditions:

  • Moroccan nationality.
  • Aged between 18 and 40 years.
  • Hold a diploma as a specialized technician in urbanism, or an equivalent certificate according to current regulatory provisions.
  • The diploma must be issued by a vocational training institution established under Decree No. 2.86.325.

Competition Details and Stages

The competition consists of two main tests:

  • Written test: Three hours duration with a coefficient of 4, including multiple-choice questions (MCQ) or a topic related to required tasks, competencies of the Ministry of Interior, or requested specializations.
  • Oral or practical test: Duration between 15 and 30 minutes with a coefficient of 3, aimed at assessing the candidate's ability to perform functions associated with the grade.

Only candidates who achieve a minimum average of 12 out of 20 in the written test are eligible for the oral test. The competition will be held on Sunday, April 5, 2026, at the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences Souissi in Rabat, with potential additional centers to be determined later.

Application Procedure and Deadline

Candidates must register their applications via the public employment website (https://depot.emploi-public.ma/) from January 28 to February 11, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The application must include the following documents:

  • Copy of the required diploma.
  • Copy of the national identity card.
  • Candidate's curriculum vitae.

For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, an equivalence decision published in the Official Bulletin must be attached. Candidates working in public administrations must also submit a participation request approved by their administration.

Important Information and Special Procedures

25% of the positions are reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military, or former combatant, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card. These candidates must follow special procedures in addition to electronic registration.
