The three positions available are distributed as follows:

Experience is calculated from the first day of the month following degree completion until the announcement publication date.

Competition Process and Tests

The selection process includes two main phases:

Phase 1: Written and Oral Examinations

• General culture written exam in French

Candidates must obtain at least 10/20 in the position-specific written exam and oral exam, and 8/20 in the general culture exam to avoid elimination.

Phase 2: Final Interview

Only candidates with an overall average of at least 12/20 and no elimination marks will be invited for a final interview before a commission chaired by the ALEM Director General or their representative.
