Call for Applications for Responsibility Positions at Ihaddaden Commune

The commune of Ihaddaden, under the province of Nador, announces the opening of applications for three vacant head of service positions within the commune, in accordance with Decision No. 27 dated April 8, 2026. This initiative is part of the implementation of regulatory provisions concerning appointments to senior positions in territorial communities, aiming to strengthen administrative competencies and improve local governance performance.

Positions Available

  • Service of Urban Planning, Environment, Works, and Properties and its attached offices
  • Service of Financial and Economic Affairs and its attached offices
  • Service of Administrative and Legal Affairs and its attached offices

Eligibility Requirements

Applications are open to employees of Ihaddaden commune, whether permanent or contractual, who meet the following conditions:

  • Be at least at the grade of Manager (Grade 2), or in the framework of State Engineer, or in a grade with a comparable index.
  • The tasks assigned to the head of service and the required competencies are defined according to the organizational chart attached to the decision.

Application File Components

The application file consists of the following documents:

  • An application letter with a recent photograph, accompanied by the approval of the direct supervisor and their opinion on the candidate's skills.
  • The application file is to be downloaded from the public services portal emploi-public.ma and includes:
    • A curriculum vitae detailing qualifications, professional background, as well as tasks and positions held.
    • A work plan and methodology proposed for managing the relevant administrative unit, developing it, and improving its performance.
    • The decision of appointment to the current framework.
    • The decision of appointment to a responsibility position, if any.

Submission of Applications

Application files must be submitted to the President of the Communal Council of Ihaddaden. The deadline for submissions is July 19, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Selection Process and Interviews

A committee appointed by decision of the commune president is responsible for selecting eligible files and conducting the selection interview. The committee studies the applications, draws up a list of candidates meeting the requirements, and then holds individual interviews with candidates whose files have been accepted.

Announcement of Results

Results are announced by decision of the President of the Communal Council, published on the portal emploi-public.ma, and posted at the commune headquarters.
