Al Omrane Group, the state's executive arm for implementing government policy in housing and territorial development, is recruiting for 3 Project Manager positions within its Souss Massa regional branch. This professional opportunity represents a unique chance to join a dynamic team working on public programs aimed at producing social housing and eliminating substandard dwellings.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for crucial tasks ensuring project success:

  • Manage projects in terms of planning, milestones, progress monitoring, and implementation while respecting specifications and contractual commitments.
  • Ensure coordination between internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Manage first-level relationships with institutional partners.
  • Monitor projects while ensuring quality, cost, and deadline compliance.
  • Participate in developing, implementing, and monitoring the action plan of their unit.

Required Qualifications

To apply for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • State Engineering Diploma or equivalent in one of these specialties: Civil Engineering, Bridges & Roads, Building Construction, Public Works, or Hydraulics.
  • Initial experience in the technical field (Civil Engineering and/or Construction) is desirable.
  • Geographical mobility according to operational needs.

Essential Skills

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Basic knowledge of development and construction project management.
  • Proficiency in office and technical tools (Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD).
  • Analytical mindset for technical data and operational monitoring.
  • Team spirit and adaptability to different work environments.
  • Rigor, organizational skills, proactivity, and initiative.
  • Analytical and synthesis capabilities, with quality oral and written expression.
