The Project Manager will undertake vital responsibilities including:
Specific responsibilities include participation in feasibility studies for projects, defining project concepts and components with stakeholders, and following up on administrative procedures for project authorization. The Project Manager will also participate in optimizing, controlling and validating architectural and technical studies, validating tender documents, and participating in the service provider selection process.
They will organize and lead project launch, installation, weekly site monitoring, and work acceptance meetings until market closure. Particular attention will be paid to respecting sustainable development requirements, quality, and safety on construction sites.
Candidates must hold a State Engineering Diploma (or equivalent) in one of the following specialties: Civil Engineering, Bridges & Roads, Building, Public Works, or Hydraulics. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the required technical field is required, along with geographical mobility.
Only professional experiences directly related to the position's missions and duties will be considered during the pre-selection process. Candidates are encouraged to detail their professional experiences in their CVs with exact start and end dates.
Technical skills required include mastery of regulatory procedures governing the real estate sector, techniques for developing and optimizing structures and business plans, project management techniques, and technical software and information systems such as SAP and AutoCAD.
