Recruitment of 3 Project Managers (M/F) at Al Omrane Beni Mellal Khenifra

The Al Omrane Group, a strategic public enterprise, is recruiting three Project Managers (M/F) for its regional company Al Omrane Beni Mellal Khenifra. This is a unique opportunity for experienced civil engineers to contribute to Morocco's urban development and housing programs.

About Al Omrane Group

Al Omrane (GAO) is the government's instrument for implementing housing and territorial development policies. It manages public programs for social housing, slum upgrading, and illegal housing eradication. The Group places its human resources at the heart of its strategy, promoting equal opportunities, competence, and initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project planning, milestones, progress, and delivery according to specifications.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality, cost, and schedule compliance.
  • Participate in feasibility studies, concept definition, and contractor selection.
  • Oversee administrative procedures for permits and compliance certificates.
  • Validate architectural and technical studies (APS, APD).
  • Organize site meetings, work reception, and contract closure.
  • Monitor sustainable development and safety requirements.
  • Track financial investments and budget updates.

Entry Requirements

  • State Engineering Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Bridges & Roads, Building, Public Works, or Hydraulics.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering and/or construction.
  • Geographical mobility required.
  • Proficiency in technical software (SAP, AutoCAD, etc.) and regulatory procedures.
