Eligibility Requirements

The ministry has established precise criteria for application:

• Be classified at least at the level of 2nd grade administrator or within the state engineer framework
• Hold a diploma allowing access to 3rd grade administrator or equivalent level
• Have at least two years of effective service for permanent staff or three years for contracted staff

Staff classified at the 3rd grade administrator level may also apply if they have at least 15 years of service in state administration, including a minimum of 4 years in the mentioned grade.

Application File Composition

The application file must include:

• A written request addressed to the administration head
• A detailed curriculum vitae according to model NP-MV3
• A proposed work program and methodology according to model NP-MV4
• The direct supervisor's opinion on the candidate's professional competence

Incomplete files or those submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected.

The ministry has set April 27, 2026 at 4:30 PM as the final deadline for application submission. Files must be deposited exclusively at the secretariat of the Financial and General Affairs Division of the General Directorate of Hydraulics, in five copies.
