Recruitment Competition for 26 Third-Grade Technicians at Interior Ministry - Khemisset Province

The Ministry of Interior - Province of Khemisset announces the opening of a competition for the recruitment of twenty-six (26) third-grade technicians, as part of the ministry's efforts to strengthen its technical competencies and develop its public services. Competition Details and Required Conditions

This competition is organized based on a set of legal and regulatory texts, including the dahir constituting the general statute of public service and the decree relating to the conditions for organizing recruitment competitions in public positions. The competition is open to Moroccan candidates aged at least 18 years and at most 45 years, holding a specialized technician diploma in one of the required specialties.

Required Specialties and Application Conditions

The required specialties for this competition include two main areas:

• IT development and network technologies
• Civil engineering, major works, urban planning, construction and public works

The diploma must be issued by one of the vocational training institutions established in accordance with Decree No. 2.86.325 of January 8, 1987, or one of the equivalent certificates whose list is fixed by the regulatory provisions in force.

Registration Procedures and Required Documents

Candidates must register mandatorily on the public employment website (https://depot.emploi-public.ma) during the period from February 24 to March 13, 2026 at 4:30 PM. The application must be accompanied by the following documents:

• Copy of the required diploma
• Copy of national identity card
• Curriculum vitae
• Written request addressed to the Governor of Khemisset Province

For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, the equivalence certificate published in the Official Bulletin must be attached.

Examination System and Evaluation Mechanisms

The competition consists of two main tests:

• Written test: includes a subject or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) concerning the tasks or functions to be performed, or the competencies of the Ministry of Interior, or the required specialties, lasting three (3) hours.
• Oral test: the competition committee discusses with the candidate topics aimed at evaluating their ability to perform tasks or functions related to the grade, lasting between 15 and 30 minutes.

Candidates who obtain an average of at least 12 out of 20 in the written test are eligible to take the oral test.

Quota System and Priorities

25% of the positions in competition are reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, dependent of the nation or former combatant, and 6% are reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card. These categories must provide appropriate supporting documents during the registration process.

The list of admitted candidates is published on the public employment website (www.emploi-public.ma) and this list serves as a summons to take the written test. The results of the written test and the final results, including the waiting list, are published on the same portal. The written test will take place on Sunday, March 29, 2026 at Yasmine Qualifying High School, with the possibility of determining other centers if necessary.
