  • Military Candidates: 9 positions distributed as follows: Anesthesia-Resuscitation, Gastroenterology, Gynecology-Obstetrics, Neurology, Pneumology-Phthisiology, Traumatology-Orthopedics, Rheumatology, General Surgery, Neurosurgery.

Eligibility Requirements

Both civilian and military candidates must demonstrate completion of the standard residency program at university hospital centers affiliated with medical and pharmacy faculties. This duration is at least four years for medical, pharmaceutical or dental specialties, and five years for surgical specialties or internal medicine. The residency must be officially recognized and certified by competent authorities.

Application Documentation

Each candidate must prepare a complete application file containing the following documents:

  • A handwritten request addressed to the Dean of the Faculty indicating full name, address and chosen specialty.
  • Certificate confirming completion of standard residency in the relevant specialty.
  • Two photocopies of the doctoral diploma or equivalent.
  • Two photocopies of the national identity card.
  • Authorization to participate in the competition issued by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection or the supervising ministry for civilian candidates.
  • One manuscript of academic titles and scientific works according to the presentation model signed by the supervising department head.
  • Two CDs containing all academic titles, scientific works, official documents and teaching activity certificates.

The application deadline is May 8, 2026. The competitive examinations will take place on June 8, 2026.
