The Supreme Audit Institution of Morocco announces a recruitment competition for 21 positions of Judicial Commissioner 2nd Grade (Scale 11). Competition Details and Available Positions

The competition tests will take place on Sunday, April 5, 2026, in Rabat, with possible organization in other cities if necessary. Positions are distributed among the cities of Rabat, Marrakech, Fez, Agadir, Beni Mellal, Laayoune, Guelmim, and Errachidia. Importantly, 25% of positions are reserved for candidates with the status of resistance fighter, mokafal al ouma, former military personnel, or former combatant, while 7% are designated for persons with disabilities.

Participation Requirements

• Moroccan nationality
• Age between 18 and 45 years as of January 30 of the competition year
• Diploma from National Schools of Commerce and Management or Higher Institute of Commerce and Business Administration in the following specializations:
  • Audit, Accounting and Management Control
  • Audit and Management Control
  • Financial and Accounting Management

Required Application Documents

Candidates must prepare the following documents, scanned clearly and legibly:

• Valid national identity card
• Copy of required diploma in one of the mentioned specializations
• Updated Curriculum Vitae with recent photograph
• Equivalence certificate for foreign diplomas when applicable

Competition Examination Phases

The competition consists of two main phases:

• Written Test: Analysis or study or report preparation on a file concerning public management or required specializations, duration 4 hours
• Oral or Practical Test: Interview with examination committee on topics related to court clerk duties, duration between 15 and 30 minutes
