The Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports has launched a significant recruitment competition for 20 third-grade administrators (scale 10) specializing in the sports field. This competition targets non-civil servant candidates holding university degrees in sports specialties. Notably, 25% of positions are reserved for candidates with status as resistance fighters, nation's dependents, former combatants, or ex-military personnel, while 7% of positions are allocated for persons with disabilities. Applicants must be Moroccan nationals, enjoy full civil rights, and have no criminal convictions.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree, fundamental studies degree, professional bachelor's degree, or equivalent diploma recognized by competent authorities. The maximum age for applicants is 45 years at the competition date, and they must be registered in the central disciplinary register.

The competition consists of two written tests and an oral examination. Written tests will take place on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at the Regional Academy of Education and Training of Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region:
Lists of admitted candidates and examination centers will be published on the ministry's website www.men.gov.ma on March 9, 2026. The oral examination, lasting 15-30 minutes (coefficient 3), will be conducted with candidates who successfully pass the written tests.
Successful candidates will be appointed to provincial directorates under regional academies of education and training across Morocco.
