This opportunity targets holders of Master's, specialized Master's, Graduate Specialized Studies Diploma or Advanced Graduate Studies Diploma in digital law, seeking a stable career path in a rapidly evolving sector.

Competition Details and Application Requirements

This recruitment competition organized by the ministry includes 41 State Engineers 1st grade, 19 Administrators 2nd grade and 15 Technicians 3rd grade. For the Administrator 2nd grade position, candidates must meet the following conditions:

  • Moroccan nationality
  • Age between 18 and 45 years (with possibility of age limit extension for a period equivalent to valid or correctable services for retirement without exceeding 45 years)
  • Master's degree or equivalent in digital law
  • Age requirement exemption for current civil servants

Competition Stages and Evaluation Methods

The competition consists of two main stages:

  • Written test: covering public management, required specialties or missions and functions to be filled, lasting 4 hours
  • Oral test: where the jury discusses various topics with the candidate to assess their ability to perform grade-related duties, lasting 15 to 30 minutes

Qualification for the oral test requires obtaining a minimum score of 12/20 in the written test.

Quota System and Benefits

The ministry reserves 25% of positions for persons with resistance fighter status, Nation's dependent, former military or former combatant status, and 7% for persons with disabilities. This system reflects the State's commitment to integrating different social categories into public service.
