The Territorial Commune of Souk El Arbaa, under the province of Kénitra in the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region, announces a recruitment competition for sixteen (16) positions as Technician of the Third Grade, Scale 9. This regular recruitment drive aims to strengthen the technical workforce of the municipality and targets graduates from accredited vocational training institutions.

Position Details and Specializations

The sixteen positions are distributed across two specializations:

• Civil Engineering and Public Works: 5 positions for specialists in urban planning and civil engineering.
• Information Technology and Networks: 11 positions for specialists in IT development, systems, and networking.

In accordance with national regulations, 25% of the total positions are reserved for priority categories, including former resistance fighters, war orphans, former military personnel, and veterans. An additional 7% quota is allocated for persons with disabilities.

Eligibility Criteria and Required Documents

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 40 years as of January 1st of the competition year, with possible extension for valid service periods up to a maximum of 45 years.
• Hold a specialized technician diploma issued by an accredited vocational training institution, or an equivalent recognized qualification.

The application dossier must include:

• A signed and dated application form.
• A certified copy of the required diploma.
• A copy of the national identity card.
• An up-to-date curriculum vitae with a photograph.
• For current public servants: authorization from the employing administration.
• For priority categories: supporting attestations.
• For persons with disabilities: a certificate of registration on the relevant lists.

Competition Process and Key Dates

The competition will proceed in two stages:

• Application deadline: April 10, 2026 at 4:30 PM. Dossiers must be submitted at the municipality's registry office or sent by registered mail.
• Written exam date: May 24, 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Al Gharb Secondary School.

The examination consists of:

1. A written test: Duration 3 hours, coefficient 4, covering general topics or multiple-choice questions related to job functions and municipal competencies.
2. An oral or practical test: Coefficient 6, for candidates scoring at least 12/20 in the written test, designed to assess practical skills in the specialization.

Results will be published on the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma) and the portal of the General Directorate of Local Authorities.
