The Supreme Audit Institution announces the organization of a competition to recruit 15 judicial editors of the third grade (scale 9) in financial courts, as part of efforts to strengthen technical competencies in the field of IT development. This exceptional opportunity is aimed at Moroccan citizens holding a specialized diploma in IT development from accredited vocational training institutes or equivalent qualifications.
The competition is open to Moroccan candidates aged between 18 and 40 years as of January 1st of the current year, with the possibility of extending the maximum age to 45 years for those with valid or potentially valid services for retirement purposes. Applicants must hold a specialized diploma in "IT development" issued by vocational training institutes established in accordance with Decree 2.86.325 of January 9, 1987, or an equivalent qualification according to current regulatory provisions.
25% of the positions are reserved for candidates with the status of resistance fighter, moudjahid, former military personnel, or former combatant, while 7% are allocated to persons with disabilities, reflecting the Supreme Audit Institution's commitment to principles of equity and social justice.

The application deadline is set for February 28, 2026 at 4:30 PM, while the written test will take place on April 12, 2026 in Rabat and potentially in other cities such as Casablanca, Marrakech, Fez, Tangier, Agadir, and Beni Mellal. Tests must be conducted in Arabic or French, or both depending on the nature of the questions.
Candidates with resistance fighter status must send a copy of their application file through the High Commission for Former Resistance Fighters and Former Members of the Liberation Army, while those with moudjahid, former military personnel, or former combatant status must send copies of their files through the Hassan II Foundation for Social Works of Former Military Personnel and Former Combatants. Application and test results are announced on the Supreme Audit Institution's website and the public employment portal.
