Recruitment Competition for 15 Judicial Editors at the Supreme Audit Institution

The Supreme Audit Institution announces the organization of a competition to recruit 15 judicial editors of the third grade (scale 9) in financial courts, as part of efforts to strengthen technical competencies in the field of IT development. This exceptional opportunity is aimed at Moroccan citizens holding a specialized diploma in IT development from accredited vocational training institutes or equivalent qualifications.

Competition Details and Requirements

The competition is open to Moroccan candidates aged between 18 and 40 years as of January 1st of the current year, with the possibility of extending the maximum age to 45 years for those with valid or potentially valid services for retirement purposes. Applicants must hold a specialized diploma in "IT development" issued by vocational training institutes established in accordance with Decree 2.86.325 of January 9, 1987, or an equivalent qualification according to current regulatory provisions.

Position Distribution

25% of the positions are reserved for candidates with the status of resistance fighter, moudjahid, former military personnel, or former combatant, while 7% are allocated to persons with disabilities, reflecting the Supreme Audit Institution's commitment to principles of equity and social justice.

Competition Stages

The competition includes two main stages:

• Written test: consisting of general questions or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) on various issues and topics related to the tasks and functions associated with the grade in question or the required specialties.
• Oral or practical test: during which the examination committee discusses various topics and issues related to court registry functions or required specialties, or subjects the candidate to a practical test in technical specialties related to the court registry's field of activity.

Application Process and Timeline

Candidates must register and upload required documents through the Supreme Audit Institution's electronic platform at https://plateforme-recrutement.courdescomptes.ma. The application file must include the following documents, scanned in PDF format and readable:

• Valid national identity card (both sides)
• Original or certified copy of the required diploma in the specialty
• Updated curriculum vitae with candidate's photo, phone number, personal address, and email address
• Copy of equivalence decision for holders of foreign diplomas
• Certificate proving status as resistance fighter, moudjahid, former military personnel, or former combatant (if applicable)
• Disability certificate for concerned persons
• Unconditional authorization to participate in the competition for public sector employees

Important Dates

The application deadline is set for February 28, 2026 at 4:30 PM, while the written test will take place on April 12, 2026 in Rabat and potentially in other cities such as Casablanca, Marrakech, Fez, Tangier, Agadir, and Beni Mellal. Tests must be conducted in Arabic or French, or both depending on the nature of the questions.

Candidates with resistance fighter status must send a copy of their application file through the High Commission for Former Resistance Fighters and Former Members of the Liberation Army, while those with moudjahid, former military personnel, or former combatant status must send copies of their files through the Hassan II Foundation for Social Works of Former Military Personnel and Former Combatants.
