The State Secretariat to the Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development, Water and Forests, in charge of Maritime Fisheries, is organizing a regular recruitment competition for 15 second-grade administrator positions, scale 11. This opportunity targets holders of higher education diplomas in required specialties and represents a significant professional milestone for joining one of Morocco's most important public administrations.
This competition is open to Moroccan nationals aged 18 to 45 years, holding a diploma of advanced graduate studies, specialized graduate studies diploma, master's degree, specialized master's degree or equivalent in the required specialties. Among these specialties are maritime fisheries affairs management and audiovisual content production.
25% of the positions in competition are reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or disabled former combatant, while 5% are reserved for disabled persons holding a disability card.

Successful candidates will be definitively appointed to the central administration and/or external services of the State Secretariat for Maritime Fisheries.

The tests will take place on April 26, 2026 in the cities of Larache and/or Agadir or other cities if necessary. The publication of the list of candidates admitted to take the tests as well as the time and place on the electronic website of the State Secretariat for Maritime Fisheries www.mpm.gov.ma and on the public employment website www.emploi-public.ma constitutes a summons.
