15 Administrator Positions (3rd Grade) at the Ministry of Equipment and Water

The Ministry of Equipment and Water announces a recruitment competition for 15 administrators (3rd grade, scale 10) specializing in Private Law. Successful candidates will work in the ministry's central and decentralized services in the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region.

Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Bachelor's degree (License, License in Fundamental Studies, or Professional License) in Private Law or equivalent.
• Aged between 18 and 45 years as of January 1, 2026.

Special Quotas

25% of positions are reserved for resistance fighters, former military, or war veterans. 7% for persons with disabilities.

Competition Tests

• Written test: Multiple-choice questions or general questions on public policy or ministry-related topics. Duration: 3 hours.
• Oral test: Interview with the jury (15-30 minutes).
