  • Moroccan nationality
  • State engineer diploma from recognized national institutions or equivalent qualifications
  • Age between 18 and 45 years
  • 5% of positions reserved for resistance fighters, national martyrs' families, and former military personnel
  • 7% of positions reserved for persons with disabilities

  • Copy of diploma in the required specialization
