Core Mission and Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Fiduciary and Market Presence Directorate, the primary mission of the Security Agent is to ensure the security of the bank's property, personnel, and valuables. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and controlling access for vehicles, individuals, and materials, meticulously recording all movements.
  • Conducting periodic patrols and inspection rounds throughout the bank's facilities.
  • Maintaining official logs and preparing daily activity reports.
  • Providing first-response intervention in case of incidents and promptly informing the relevant hierarchy.
  • Overseeing and supervising the operations of subcontractors (e.g., catering, cleaning services).
  • Assuming telephone switchboard duties outside of normal working hours when required.
