The State Secretariat for Craft Industry and Social and Solidarity Economy, under the Ministry of Tourism, Craft Industry and Social and Solidarity Economy, has announced a recruitment competition for 13 third-grade technician positions, scale 9. This government job opportunity targets technical graduates aspiring to join the Moroccan public administration and contribute to the development of the craft industry and social economy sectors.
This competition aims to recruit third-grade technicians across various technical specialties. Candidates can apply in the following fields: business management, civil engineering, network techniques, computer science or systems and networks, human resources management, water and liquid sanitation, industrial electricity and maintenance, as well as infographics and development techniques in multimedia. This diversity of specialties offers broad prospects for holders of specialized technical diplomas.
Candidates must be Moroccan nationals, holding a specialized technical diploma in the required field issued by an accredited vocational training institution, or an equivalent qualification according to current regulations. Applicants must be between 18 and 40 years old, with possible extension of the maximum age limit to 45 years in certain cases related to valid retirement services.
A quota of 5% of positions is reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, or former military personnel, and 7% for disabled persons holding a disability card, reflecting the state's commitment to inclusion and social justice policies.
The competition includes two main tests: a specific written test lasting 3 hours with coefficient 4, focusing on subjects and questions related to required specialties and professional skills for the position. This is followed by an oral test with coefficient 3, where the examination committee discusses various topics with the candidate or administers a practical test in their specialty to assess their ability to perform the relevant job functions.
Applications are submitted exclusively online via the electronic portal: https://recrutement.artisanat.gov.ma, where candidates must complete their information form, specify their chosen specialty, and upload all required documents. The application deadline is May 2, 2026 at 4:30 PM.
Lists of candidates admitted to take the competition will be published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma and on the ministry's website, with these lists serving as official summons. The written tests are scheduled for May 17, 2026, and may be held at other locations if service requirements dictate.
Candidates should note that a success certificate alone is insufficient, and any diploma not matching the required specialty will be considered invalid. The administration retains application files that do not meet legal requirements, and individuals who fail to provide their competition authorization will be excluded from the list of successful candidates.
This competition forms part of efforts to strengthen technical competencies within the central administration and decentralized services under the State Secretariat for Craft Industry and Social and Solidarity Economy, offering stable working environments and career development opportunities in a vital sector of Morocco's economy.
