About the National Agency for Public Equipment (ANEP)

The National Agency for Public Equipment (ANEP) is a Moroccan public institution under the supervision of the Ministry of Equipment and Water, established by Law No. 07.18 of June 21, 2019. Competition Details

ANEP announces a recruitment competition for twelve (12) State Engineers 1st grade - scale 11, as part of regular recruitment for the year 2026. The competition is open in the specialty of Building, a vital field for the agency's diverse projects.

Eligibility Conditions

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Age: at least 18 years and at most 45 years as of January 1, 2026.
• Hold a State Engineer diploma issued by a qualified national school, institute, or university, or a recognized equivalent diploma in accordance with current regulations.
• For diplomas that do not explicitly mention the Building specialty, provide a certificate from the issuing institution confirming the specialty.

Required Documents

• Copy of the electronic national identity card.
• Copy of the State Engineer diploma in the required specialty (or equivalence decision if applicable).
• Certificate of specialty in Building (if not clearly stated on the diploma).
• For civil servants and public institution employees: final approval from their administration to participate in the competition.
• For resistance members, former military, former combatants, and wards of the nation: document proving their status, in addition to submitting through the relevant administrations.
• For persons with disabilities: certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration, and Family.

Application Procedure

Applications must be submitted exclusively through the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma, with all required documents uploaded. The deadline for submission is August 14, 2026 at 4:30 PM. Candidates must indicate their specific status (civil servant, resistance member, disability) when filling out the application.

Competition Exams

The competition consists of two written exams and one oral exam:

General Written Exam (coefficient 2)

Duration: 2 hours. It involves summarizing a text, commenting on it, and translating a part into a language other than that used for the summary. The text covers various economic, social, political, administrative, and cultural aspects at national and international levels. The eliminatory score is 5/20.

Specialty Written Exam (coefficient 4)

Duration: 2 hours. It focuses on the required specialty (Building) or on professional tasks and skills related to the positions, and may consist of multiple-choice questions. The eliminatory score is 5/20. Candidates with an average of at least 10/20 are eligible for the oral exam.

Oral Exam (coefficient 4)

Duration: approximately 30 minutes. It involves a discussion with the candidate on various topics to assess their ability to perform the duties associated with the grade. The eliminatory score is 10/20.

Location and Date

The competition will take place on Sunday, October 4, 2026 in Rabat, and possibly in other cities depending on the number of candidates. Lists of admitted candidates will be published on ANEP's website www.anep.ma and on the public employment portal, and will serve as convocation.

Tips for Candidates
