The National Agency for the Development of Oasis Zones and the Argan Tree (ANDZOA) has opened a competitive recruitment process for two management positions. This opportunity targets professionals interested in contributing to oasis zone development and protecting Morocco's fragile ecosystems.

Competition Details and Available Positions

According to Decision No. 185/ANDZOA/DG dated February 26, 2026, the agency is launching a regular recruitment competition for two cadre positions. The available positions are distributed as follows:

• One cadre position in the Agricultural and Environmental Project Management Department under the Oasis Zone Development Directorate.
• One cadre position in the Socio-Economic Project Management Department under the same directorate.

This competition aligns with the agency's strategy to strengthen its human resources to meet sustainable development requirements in oasis zones.

Application Requirements and Eligibility Criteria

Interested candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Age between 18 and 45 years at the recruitment date.
• Possess the required educational level, skills, and professional experience for the position.

For the first position in the Agricultural and Environmental Project Management Department, a State Engineering Diploma is required in one of the following specialties: Soil and Water Resources Management, Ecology and Natural Ecosystem Management, or Natural Resources Management. Professional experience in rural development constitutes an additional advantage.

Position Responsibilities and Duties

The recruited cadre will work under the department head's authority and participate in implementing the oasis zone development strategy. Primary responsibilities include:

• Contributing to integrated development program design with partner stakeholders.
• Participating in planning and implementing oasis zone development projects.
• Ensuring field monitoring and evaluation of development programs.
• Supporting project owners and partners in agricultural and environmental project implementation.
• Contributing to documentary database establishment.
• Participating in annual partnership program development and administrative document preparation.

The cadre will also be responsible for developing monitoring and evaluation tools, preparing annual reports and indicators, identifying potential environmental impacts, and integrating environmental and social aspects into technical documents.
