The recruitment involves two managerial roles assigned to different territorial departments:

• One manager for the Tata territorial department under the Argan Zone Development Directorate

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Under the department head's authority, the appointed managers will participate in implementing the argan zone development strategy. Their key activities will include:

• Contributing to designing integrated development programs with partner stakeholders
• Planning and implementing development projects in argan zones
• Ensuring execution of project development roadmaps
• Monitoring and evaluating development programs in the field with partner coordination
• Reporting identified field expectations and needs after consultation with department heads
• Coordinating activities that preserve sustainable management of the argan biosphere reserve
• Contributing to database and documentation development
• Motivating field teams and sharing expertise with local partners
• Facilitating implementation of various partner actions

Eligibility Requirements
