Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Hold at least a certificate or diploma allowing access to third-class administrator grade
• Have at least two (2) years of actual service as permanent staff or three (3) years for contract agents

Exceptional Conditions

• Civil servants classified in third-class administrator grade or one of the grades with similar classification index
• Individuals with at least fifteen (15) years of actual service in state administrations or territorial communities, including at least four (4) years in the mentioned grade
