The Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences Benmsik, under Hassan II University of Casablanca, has opened applications for two strategic leadership positions within its administrative structure. Vacant Positions and Required Responsibilities

This call for applications concerns two key positions:

  • Head of IT Service: Succeeding Mr. Mohamed El Ghali after the completion of his duties, overseeing all information systems, networks, and digital technologies of the faculty.
  • Head of Finance Service: Succeeding Mr. Ayman Abou Nassr after his discharge, responsible for financial management, budgeting, expenditures, and other financial affairs.

Main Eligibility Conditions

The faculty has established precise criteria for candidates, who must:

  • Be permanent civil servants or contracted agents working at Hassan II University of Casablanca.
  • Be ranked at least at the grade of second-class administrator or within the state engineer framework, or in a grade with comparable index.
  • Hold at least a certificate or diploma allowing access to third-class administrator grade or equivalent.
  • Have at least two years of effective service as permanent staff.

Special Exceptions for Application

If the service interest requires it, exceptionally, permanent civil servants and contracted agents ranked at third-class administrator grade or equivalent may apply, provided they have seniority of at least 15 years of effective service in state administrations or territorial communities, including at least 4 years in the mentioned grade.

Application File Composition

Candidates must submit a complete file including:

  • A written application addressed to the Dean of the faculty.
  • The application file according to the model attached to the decision, including qualifications, professional background, and previous functions.
  • Certified copies of obtained certificates and diplomas.
  • Copies of the last promotion decision or administrative certificate proving administrative status.
  • A work program and proposed methodology for managing and developing the administrative unit.

Submission Deadlines and Procedures

Application files can be downloaded from the faculty website www.flbenmsik.ma starting Thursday, February 26, 2026. The file must be submitted in 5 copies against receipt, in a sealed envelope bearing the candidate's name, registration number, and "Application for Head of Service Position" mention. Key deadlines:

  • Final submission deadline: Thursday, March 12, 2026 until 4:30 PM.
  • Exam date: To be announced later.

Selection and Choice Process

A commission designated by decision of the faculty dean will study and select files meeting the conditions, with selection interviews for qualified candidates. This decision is published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma and on the university and faculty websites.
