Azilal Province – Bni Hassane Territorial Community is organizing a regular recruitment competition to fill 02 positions of Technician 3rd Grade – Scale 9 for the year 2026. This initiative aims to strengthen the technical workforce of local administration and enhance service delivery to citizens.

Eligibility Criteria

According to Decree No. 2.12.90 of 30 Rajab 1433 (June 20, 2012) on recruitment in territorial communities, candidates must:

• Be of Moroccan nationality
• Enjoy civil rights and have no criminal record
• Be at least 18 years old and not exceed 45 years old on the competition date (exceptions may apply)
• Hold a specialized technician diploma (BTS, DUT, Professional Bachelor's, etc.) in a relevant field
• Be physically fit for the required duties

• A signed handwritten application letter
• Copy of national ID card (CIN)
• Certified copy of the diploma
• Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Two stamped envelopes with the candidate's address
• Medical certificate of fitness
• Professional experience certificates if any
