Technician 3rd grade recruitment contest Ighrem N'Ougdal

Contest Details

The commune of Ighrem N'Ougdal (Ouarzazate province) is organizing a recruitment contest for one position of technician 3rd grade (scale 9) for the year 2026, in accordance with Decree No. 2.11.621 and Ministerial Order No. 1168.24. This contest aims to select a candidate specializing in civil engineering or heavy works.

Eligibility Conditions

• Moroccan nationality.
• Age: at least 18 and at most 40 on January 1, 2026 (maximum age limit may be extended to 45 years within the limit of valid service periods).
• Hold a specialized technician diploma in civil engineering or heavy works issued by vocational training institutions established under Decree No. 2.86.325, or an equivalent diploma recognized under Decree No. 2.12.90.

Required Documents

• Signed application including full name, permanent address, phone number, email, and desired specialty.
• Copy of the diploma in the required specialty or equivalence certificate.
• Copy of the national identity card.
• Curriculum vitae with a recent photo.
• Authorization from the employing administration for candidates who are civil servants.
• Copy of certificate proving status as a resistance fighter, former combatant, or former military (if applicable).
• Certificate of registration in the list of persons with disabilities (if applicable).
• Any document proving scientific skills (optional).

Application Submission

Applications must be submitted to the commune's registry office or sent by registered mail to: Commune of Ighrem N'Ougdal, Amerzeguane Circle, Ouarzazate Province, before Friday, June 12, 2026, at 4:30 PM (deadline for applications).

Contest Date

The contest will take place on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the community school of Ighrem N'Ougdal (or other institutions if necessary).

Results Publication

The list of accepted candidates and results will be published on the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma) and the website of the General Directorate of Territorial Communities (www.collectivités-territoriales.gov.ma).
