The State Secretariat for Traditional Industry and Social and Solidarity Economy, under the Ministry of Tourism, Traditional Industry and Social and Solidarity Economy, is organizing a recruitment competition for two positions as 4th grade technicians (scale 8). Competition Details and Available Positions

This competition is open to Moroccan nationals for two positions (2) in two distinct specialties:

• Automotive mechanics specialty
• Library writing specialty

Successful candidates will be assigned to the central administration in Rabat, although tests may be organized in other locations if service requirements dictate.

Application Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Hold a technical diploma in the required specialty (automotive mechanics or library writing) issued by a qualified vocational training institution according to Decree No. 2.86.325 of 8 Jumada I 1407 (January 9, 1987)
• Possess one of the diplomas equivalent to the required diploma listed in the regulatory provisions in force
• Be at least 18 years old and no more than 40 years old
• The upper age limit may be extended by a period equivalent to valid or validable service periods for retirement purposes, not exceeding 45 years

Examination Structure

The competition includes two main tests:

• Specific written test: analysis of a subject or questions related to the required specialties or to the professional tasks and skills associated with the positions to be filled (duration 3 hours - coefficient 4)
• Oral test: the competition committee discusses various topics and issues with the candidate, or subjects them to a practical test in the required specialty to assess their ability to perform the tasks or functions associated with the grade in question (coefficient 3)

Important Notes

• The certificate of success is not taken into account, and any diploma not conforming to the required specialty is considered null
• Files that do not meet the required legal conditions are retained
• The lists of candidates admitted to take this competition will be published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma and on the ministry's website http://mtaess.gov.ma
• These lists serve as official summons for admitted candidates
